  3. 1.1. For hygiene reasons, socks are classified as personal items and are non-returnable.
    1.2. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will resolve it! We require photo or video proof for verification.

  4. Refund Policy

  5. 2.1. We do not issue refunds for purchased items, but if the shipment has not yet started, you may cancel it.
    2.2. Order cancellation is possible within 1-2 days of purchase.
    2.3. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
